What is covered under my GENERAL domestic warranty?

In residential applications, General Airstage (formerly Fujitsu) Accredited Installers may offer a 6 year parts and labour warranty and non-accredited General Airstage Installers may offer a 5 year parts and labour warranty.

Fujitsu's domestic warranty covers manufacturing faults or malfunctions of General Airstage heat pumps / air conditioners installed in homes within New Zealand provided the unit has been installed in accordance with the installation manual and the warranty card. Please refer to your warranty card supplied with your heat pump / air conditioner for full terms and conditions.
