Commercial Heat Pumps / Air Conditioning
Designed to suit small tenancies to large-scale buildings, our solutions are flexible enough to meet almost any project you are specifying.
A commercial Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump / air conditioner is an advanced heating and cooling system designed for commercial and large-scale applications. It provides efficient climate control for a building or facility by utilising a refrigerant to transfer heat between the VRF outdoor units and indoor units.
VRF technology allows for individualised temperature control in different areas or zones within a building. This flexibility is achieved through the use of multiple indoor units connected to a single VRF outdoor unit. Each VRF outdoor unit / indoor unit can operate independently, allowing for customised temperature settings and comfort levels in different spaces, such as offices, retail stores, hotels, or large commercial complexes.
A commercial General Airstage (formerly Fujitsu) VRF heat pump / air conditioner differs from a traditional HVAC system in several key aspects:
Using commercial VRF heat pump / air conditioning system offers several benefits for businesses and commercial applications.
As a leading heat pump / air conditioning provider, General Airstage (formerly Fujitsu) offers a range of powerful features for commercial VRF systems that set them apart from the competition. Contact GENERAL (formerly Fujitsu General) to find out more about our range of commercial VRF systems.
Some Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pumps / air conditioners can be used for both heating and cooling purposes. In fact, this is one of the key advantages of VRF systems.
VRF heat pump / air conditioning systems are designed to provide both heating and cooling capabilities within a building. They utilise refrigerant to transfer heat between the outdoor unit (condensing unit) and multiple indoor units (evaporator units) located in different zones or areas of the building.
During the cooling mode, the VRF system absorbs heat from the indoor spaces and transfers it to the outdoor unit, where it is dissipated. The refrigerant removes the heat from the indoor air, resulting in a cooler environment.
On the other hand, during the heating mode, the VRF system extracts heat from the outdoor air (even in low temperatures) and transfers it indoors. This allows the system to provide warmth and maintain comfortable indoor temperatures, even in colder weather conditions.
Investing in small commercial heat pumps / air conditioners is essential for maintaining optimal employee comfort and creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. With our reliable commercial HVAC systems, you can ensure a pleasant indoor climate that promotes productivity and leaves a lasting positive impression.
