They have all the capacity to reach the desired room temperature faster, and then constantly adjusts to maintain perfect Fujitsu Comfort economically. In fact, the ASTA12LFC has been awarded "the most energy efficient heat pump" for 2009/10.

The entire range is Energy Star qualified, and can handle low temperature extremes (down to -15°C) for heating. They incorporate apple-catechin filters and long-life deodorizing filters to clean and deodorise the air in your home, and are amongst the quietest heat pumps on the market.

Apple-Catechin Filter

Fine dust, invisible mould spores, and harmful micro organisms are absorbed onto the filter by static electricity, and further growth is inhibited and deactivated by the polypenol ingredient extracted from apple.

Long-life* Ion Deodorisation Filter

The filter deodorises by powerfully decomposing absorbed odours using the oxidizing filter and reducing effects of ions generated by the ultra-fine-particle ceramic.
* The filter can be used for approximately 3 years if it is washed under water to restore its surface action when it is dirty.

The room temperature can be permanently set to go no lower than 10°C, so that the room will never get too cold when not occupied. Ideal to stop pipes freezing in holiday homes over Winter.

Prevents the growth of mould and bacteria on the indoor heat exchanger, therefore providing a cleaner, healthier environment.

7 Day Programmable Timer - Wall Controller (Option)

Wall controller can be fitted and switch the unit off and on twice a day. Also built into the controller, a 7 day programmable timer. So you can set and forget.
